I currently recommend using the Astronaut VistA installer for both WorldVistA and OpenVistA.
The OpenVistA Server is my preferred platform, however, as support is more readily available (both online and from the corporate sponsor Medsphere) and because cross-platform clients are available (with several enhancements). WorldVistA CPRS clients will also work with the OpenVistA server.
